1999 grand marquis

I just bought a 99 has a brand new battery, Alt, and
coil packs. Every time I go outside in the morning
to start my car it's completely dead. Once I get a
jump it runs like a champ an won't die for about an
hr or 2 from sitting idle for so long. I've tried
everything what could it be.

You can go to Harbour Freight buy some item you need and get one for 0 dollars with coupon and it is fairly good even better if you open it up and set it the same as a known good meter like I do, but you do not have to do that, its still good enough. I have a expensive meter and 5 HF meters, one still in the package new. I set all of them to the same as my higher priced model and I use them all the time, never have any issue with them and they even keep batteries longer.
