Fuel and ignition

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm having problems getting my Mercedes started
it ran fine. After I change the fuel filter. Now I
change the fuel filter again because it did the same
thing I've also changed all the spark plugs I'm
wondering if all six coil packs would go out at the
same time or if it was still start? And just run
rough? Or if it's one of the camshaft sensors that
would stop it from running? Can you please help
