why would you ever want a 3.0L engine??? these engines were more hassle and maintenance issues then the 2.8L engines. Not to mention it simply will not work. A 2002 car is only going to work with a 2002 -2003 car for engine swap. if your going to swap engines get something hte same year And be sure to grab the wiring harness and the computers.
