my 1986 mazda b2000 pickup cannot put gas in.

1986 mazda pickup is only taking a little gas at a time. then it acts like it is full. i
know it is not because i ran out of gas! what can i do to fix it?

I would check to see if your fuel filler neck has a kink in it, if not your vent valve is probably stuck. What you might try in the meantime is try turned the fuel nozzle on different angles or even float it off the filler neck just a slight bit. Other than that you're stuck using Jerry cans until you can track down the issue


where is the vent valve? how do i unstick it? thanks


i had a leak in the seam of the tank. halfway up. had to replace the tank.
