New tires for Hyundai Elantra 2007

Asked by Evelyn Dec 26, 2012 at 06:31 PM about the Hyundai Elantra Touring

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I need to replace the tires on my 2007 Hyundai Elantra, but after reading some of the comments regarding tire problems on 2011-13 models, I'm scared. I guess I need to know the rim size on my wheels. Are there any recommendations? Also, should I buy new tires through someone other than my Hyundai dealer?

The dealer would be my last choice. You may want to get your tire locally. The size of your tire is on the side of the tires and on a decal on the drivers side door. It may also be in your owners manual.
