load clicking noise when changing gears

Anyone have a loud clicking coming from the rear axel when shifting gears?

with the help of a dipstick check the colour of tranmission oil. if it has turned brown then change the fluid. http://nissan370z.net/pictures-collection/

Wow sorry i just saw this loll..Yeah it does,but its normal cuz the teeth of the grears are thick so even on iddle u hear a sound
