I purchased a 2013 1LT corvette base coupe and would like to convert it to a 2LT, It that possible? and if so, what is a approximate cost
The MSRP price differences between those two trim levels is about $4,000, but to retrofit those options after the fact I would imagine would cost quite a bit more - not to mention losing the money spent on the 1LT options. I'm sure the plethora of Corvette forums cover such an upgrade, but it might make more economic sense to sell the 1LT 'vette for one with the 2LT options. Unless you happen to find a wrecked 'vette that can supply most of the interior parts needed to make the upgrade. The only one that would be difficult to do without the dealership would be the enhanced anti-theft and steering column/steering wheel swap.
Much better to just buy what you want.
