Hi, is it ok to install a tuner chip to my new kia ceed 3 2012/13

I'm not even sure a chip or programmer is available for the Ceed, but then again I live in the U.S. where we don't have this car. Most chips or power programmers are pretty safe to install and shouldn't harm the car. I'm not sure of the cost benefit would be though? Any extra power or torque will be pretty slim at most.
