twn and country 2013 overheating up 240 and cool down I have checked the electric fan and seems to work

Maybe a stuck thermostat. Also check the coolant level and purge air out of the system.

Do you get constant heat coming into the van? Good heat once you switch it to defrost ? I think F_O_R nailed it.
