What is recommended tire pressure in Texas for 2012 Chrysler Town and Country?

State of Washington says 38 psi, Texas tire dealer says 32-33, inside door says

I dont go by the door sticker i look at the max psi on the tire it will say there it will say max 40 or 35 so on so when it says max for one of thoses presser the ill put 32 for 35 max or 35 for 40 max.
