Hi,I have a Ford bantam rocam .The vechile swings but will not start. It will only start if i spray quick start into air intake.Once it starts it will idle and drive. It wont start on its own after that
Check the amperage draw on the main starter cable. If the amperage draw is too high on cranking you will not get enough current at the PCM. Check also the starter solenoid cable to the solenoid switch, It runs next to the CPS sensor wiring. separated the two. If the Starter relay has a short circuit in it, you will get cranking, but no spark. I suggest you replace the Starter Relay first.
