Radiator fan problem

It's turning immediately after starting the engine

The fan will do this if you have the AC or the defroster on. If you don't, it could be a bad engine coolant temperature switch or maybe a bad relay.

Check the Engine Coolant Sensor. If this ignition is ON and you remove the ECT Plug from the sensor the cooling fans operate automatically, it part of the fail safe system.
