Ford rocam not starting

Hi guys it's me again 1.3 rocam 2007 car was not
cranking but batry oil and hand brake lights all on
checked all fuses and a fuse below fuse box
seems to have been an issue 10amp fuse I
replaced and car started swinging but not starting
what could be the issue not didn't try to kick start
please assist

What is the little Immobilizer light next to the clock doing. Does it not come on at all ? Does it come on and not go off ? or does it flash quickly and then flash up a code ? It could also be a computer box problem or a key reader problem. Did you drop the key at any stage ?
