Lexus is200 not giving me any revs

My Lexus is200 has not been running for nearly 7months
and the battery had died out so I bought another battery
fitted it in and it is now starting but it's not driving
everything going into gear but the lights windows and etc
not working shall I let the car charge up for a while or any
suggestions??

I don't know but it sounds like it would cost more to fix than your car is worth
