Newer cars, and this includes yours, have systems that run while the car is off. If the battery is good, this can drain a battery in a few days. If the battery has problems, it might be drained in two or three. If it drains that quickly, I'd suspect you have a parasitic draw; it's an electrical fault or short that acts like you left a switch on.
