Can you hear the fuel pump running before you crank it? Do you have spark?
You need fuel, air, and spark to get the engine started. Lose any one of these and your stranded. Easy to check for any blockage of air to the intake. Is there fuel in the fuel rakes leading to the injectors? When you turn over the engine, is there spark at the plugs? It either is a computer issue, or fuel delivery system issue.
