Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The on/off button to control the air conditioner/heating button gets stuck into
the car.  We own 2 2012 Prius and both have the same issue. Can you tell me
is there a recall on this.  THANK you.

Recalls are for safety issues. There are service bulletins issued for other known problems. You could try and look up this issue to see if there is a service bulletin.

#1. I also own 2 Prius Cs, and the AC/Fan control buttons stick in the depressed position, which I'm sure causes a short/current draw of some sort and will lead to additional poor- contact electrical problems.. So, that's 4 for 4 cars w/sticking buttons.. HELLO!! IT"S A PROBLEM!!! #2. BOTH my Prius Cs have had the rear passenger side tail light assembly take in water. So, I go to the dealer on my 8-year Bumper to Bumper "warranty", which they seem uninterested in addressing, since they wouldn't be making any money on my "visit"... So, I END UP BUYING A NEW TAIL LIGHT AND FIXING IT MYSELF for over $100.00. My other Prius C tail light is still taking in water (In EXACTLY the SAME SPOT/SEAM as the other tail light).. Uhh, YES, IT"S A PROBLEM!!! I just haven't got around to FIXING THE 2ND TAIL LIGHT MYSELF cause I'm not in the mood... -Worthless warranty's.. If I had the thousands spent(wasted) on the warranty's I could buy at least one new Hybrid battery with it!!! Imagine that!! -Next time...
