What's that black circle in the back under the extra
wheel

That is a drain hole in case water gets into the trunk. Can you see the ground when you look through it? There should be a rubber plug in there. Go to your local auto parts store, they should have one that sized to fit. Measure the opening first or better yet, drive the car there to match up a size.
