Valve chatter

I have a 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis LS. I'm
having valve chatter with the oil when I start it up
but quiets down a little bit after I start driving. I've
tried changing the oil using full synthetic and I've
also tried cleaner. Does anybody know what the
valve chatter could be as it is not going away??

Also camshaft lobes be wore and the rocker arms need adjusted even worn oil pump taking it longer to get oil threw out the engine
