how to convert drum to disc breaks on 1967 catalina

I have a 1967pontiac Catalina with an eight lug bolt pattern and i would like to
convert them to disc power breaks any suggestions?

magazine called smoke signals advertises a company called roush which will completely set you up with 8 lug disc conversion setup for $2,250.00
