I checked the code there only the motor fan jam

I would suspect that the engine is running way to rich. Do you have black exhaust smoke?

Check your engine oil level. You may have diesel contaminating the oil.

The Oil is OK

Check that your transmission (if automatic) is shifting correctly and check your brakes. Make sure the brakes aren't dragging. If you're carrying a heavy load fuel economy will suffer as well. HTH. - Jim
