There's a gizmo under the dash and behind the glove box called the programmer. It controls the blower speeds, air temperature, and whether you get air from the dash vents or the floor vents. If you're getting power to the programmer but the blower wire is dead the programmer is bad. "Programmer" is actually an old term for that gizmo. Not sure if they call it something else now. Anyhow, it's a black box with wires and vacuum hoses plugged into it. HTH. -Jim
