outside security lock

I have fortuner 2008 car , the problem is in outside security lock ,when I unlock  by it's key (from outside ), only the driver door unlocks, but the rest doors stay locked, how to solve this problem.?

the dead battery of my fortune has been taken out now i can't open my car doors why?
