No Running Lights. Headlights, turn signal, reverse, and brake lights are working. Just changed the headlight switch, running lights still not working. I have .02 volts at the tail light.

front and rear running lights and side marker are not working. Found .02 volts
on the rear tail light wire. Just replaced the headlight switch, still no running
lights. Possibly a brake in the wiring under the dash?
