i heard that ford were goin to export the new falcon to america, it is suposed to replace the taurus. there is a vid on you tube about it does n e 1 know if this is true?

Very much doubt it, given that Ford unveiled a brand new taurus shortly before detroit, whilst announcing their cutting rwd developments. They've also axed the plan to give falcon the 3.5l V6 you have over there - instead the 4.0l inline that we make in geelong is getting a few years extension. Far more likely that the Taurus will replace the falcon overhere, but then again we get the mondeo from ford Europe, and that's just as big inside as a falcon whilst being a fine handling car already

yeah we got that here,and it is a very nice car. dont think that it will replace the falcon though. neither will the taurus i hope.
