wont carge with new alternator 1977 dodge tioga 360

Did you replace the voltage regulator at the same time? You should also check the battery isolator for charging the coach batteries as well as the chassis battery, if there is too much voltage drop the batteries won't get sufficient charge. I usually replace the isolators with continuous duty solenoids, that way all the batteries get the same rate of charge.
