Can I adjust my brakes on my 67 Ford Galaxie? does not hold in parking brake,

First, make sure the rear drum brakes are adjusted up close. Then the parking brake may work better. If not, then look for an adjustment on the parking brake cable. They should start to engage after about two clicks, but not too tight and drag.
