I have a 1995 GMC sierra k2500 4x4
extended cab. Will not shift to 2 till 20 and
shifts hard, will not shift to 3 till 35 and
shifts hard. Will not shift to drive or over
drive till it reaches 50

Besides , Its a 4L60 E , So there is no modulator , because the E stands for ELECTRONIC

Yes just a week ago. There was just a very light coating of gray in pan. It is also idling at 1200 rpm.
