I have a 96 GMC sierra with a 350 if I get a
383 long block will everything stock bolt up

There should be no issues. Just make sure the long block is the correct version for your truck.

383 is just a stroked version of the 350. As F_O_R posted if the block is the same style it should bolt up no problem.
