Will rent an Avensis in Ireland. What kind of trunk space can I expect? we will be 4 passengers with suitcases and carry ons. thanks

Hi, We have an Avensis and our family is two adults and two children. On long trips, we bring a childs buggie and that really only leaves space at rear of trunk for say two suitcases. There would also be a little (c. 8-10" height ) room on top then for say small bagas etc. By Irish standards, the Avensis is quite a large family car but I think you will struggle to fit in 4 suitcases. We use bags which can be carried onto a plane and they fit much better. Hope that this helps.
