Here in canada, it's known as the nissan versa, and when I worked at the dealer for over a year, no major problems or failures, just the recalls. The only thing that I replaced more than once was the heater fan, but thats an isolated problem on certain cars. All in all, it's an awesome little car, tons of interior space, decent power with the 6spd manual, and excellent mileage.

its a good buy for its price. I dont know of any issues specifically that people have been complaining about, but it gets decent mileage, insurance is cheap on it, and plenty of space.

I own a 2008 nissan tiida and find it to be a great little car. Good power plus tons of interior space. My only problem is that mt coil pack goes quite often but allin all i like the car.

No, it is not a good car. I have 2012 Nissan Tida full of problems. Moreover company dealers are not able to set them right.

I have a 2007 Nissan Versa With a six speed manual and the much-needed armrest, I would never buy the CVT automatic and I hope that Nissan has the common sense to bring back a normal automatic transmission that is not prone to so many problems. I have 150,000 miles and I just had to change one motor mount & do the brakes and I had the car for three years almost 4 years, the space in the backseat is bigger than any subcompact car.
