Buying a modified car

Asked by Nov 01, 2019 at 01:12 PM about the 2004 Peugeot 206

Question type: General

I want to buy a modified Peugeot 206 S16 16v 2004. that has 117000 km on clock. List of upgrades are a remap to 150bhp, Megasquirt Standalone ECU, Eibach pro kit suspension, 4-1 exhaust with supersprint pot, new coil, 60fi flap, nardi steering wheel, short shifter gear shift, xenon and angel eyes, 205\40\17 tyres with aluminum rims... The seller has everything atested. The car has passed the annual technical exam and is insured. What are the costs of maintaining such a car? Is the brand and the model itself a money pit? Should i buy this car or stay away? Thanks in advance for the hopefully quick answer. P.S. Car is wet in picture.
