Hello, It sounds like you may have a fuel pressure problem, and may need to replace your fuel pump, a common problem in Cavaliers. If you haven't replaced your fuel pump as of yet, you may want to call a mechanic with your mileage to see if this is what he recommends. Best of luck! CarGrrl

I have almost same problem. when my car goes to normal temperature, sometimes it fail and when I restarted engine it gets better. I've changed 4 fuel pumps until now and the problem persists. What can I do ??? Thanks .
