Did you try Autozone, Murray's or Advance Auto Parts? The standard size for the wipers for any chevy lumina is 22", cost is about $18-$23, for a single. That depends on the brand, and the quality of the blades too. Most are equipped to handle three types of weather; rain, show, and sleet. Other types of precipitation as well. Hope this helps.
