I have a 2012 D40 with factory fitted Ipod connection. I am having intermittent connection fault. Sometimes it detects my Ipod and other times it does not. Can anyone help?

It's a good system in general, and the problem could be on your end. Make sure you have the latest software update for the iPod first and foremost. Double check the connections. Part is under warranty, so you may need to get it checked out.
