If it were a heater core, you would notice a sweet smell in the air and the moisture would be green or orange in color. Could also be coming from the AC condenser, there is a drainage tube thats gets plugged up, and this moister, water, would be clear in color, and not slippery to the touch.
If it is the drain tube, look under the truck on the passenger side, by the firewall , look for the drain tube
