my car works fine but when i drive it and them temp gaugre goes over 90 and i turn my car off it wont start again plus wehn its at 90 and at lights in low gear it will just cut out and wontstart again

in the moring it starts fine and drives okay but soon as the temp hits 90 and say i go the
shop and tuen my engine off it wont start again till it has cool down which take like 20
mins when i turn the key it was to start but it doesnt plus wehn its at 90 and i at light /
juntion in low gears it will cut out and wont start please some one help me

When was the last time the coolant system was serviced ( thermostat, coolant flush and fresh refill, inspect hoses, cooling fans and radiator)?
