Are you saying that you have no defrost, window, radio or directional lights at first start up, but after 20 minutes of warming up everything suddenly works again?

Sounds like you have some loose connections, and they all work after the heat expands everything. First push on all of your fuses and make sure that they are all the way into their slots. If you have no air at all blowing, it sounds like your blower motor is on it's way out. Next time you start the car, and you have no air blowing, take a hammer and tap the bottom of the blower motor. (Should be under glove box area) If it suddenly comes on after tapping it several times, it's time for a new motor. As for no directionals, push on all your relays to make sure they are all tight.
