how to remove a vanos solenoid that is stuck to the cylinder head on a BMW 120I e87?

i was cleaning my 120I e87 vanos after a code about both inlet and outlet
vanos , but i only managed to remove the inlet one and couldn't remove the
outlet vanos. now i need some ideas as i have tried multiple options to no avail.
please help
