Has anyone ever seen this paint scheme or is this a special paint scheme

Question type: General

I found this 1970 Barracuda on the side of a garage in Northern Illinois and when I was in the process of restoring the car I found this paint under a top coat.

Can't find anything referencing that paint scheme. And just noticed that the colors for the texaco star are reversed. Honestly probably just painted special this way by a previous owner. But you might want to run the vin just in case it was some thing special.
