My front right blinker does not work in my 99 Chevy Cavalier, when I turn it on, it makes a fast ticking sound. The back one works. What is my problem?

Someone did try to change the bulb, but it didn't work so i bought an electronic
flasher, but someone told me it still isn't the right thing.

at the socket test power wires on both sides of the plug/socket with binkers on..should be the bulb/dirty socket..

Someone did try to change the bulb, but it didn't work so i bought an electronic flasher, but someone told me it still isn't the right thing.

I just replaced the whole left and right turn signal switch in my car. Hazards work but not my left and right turn signal. From what I was told it is the Access Relay. Where is this relay located at? Hello I have a 2001 chevy cavalier and yesterday morning I tried to start my car and turned over the key and it did absolutely nothing.
