Chugs doesn't stay running

Have a 98 Oldsmobile doesn't stay running, looked under hood looks like cold
have some oil leakage. I know I should check the air filter and etc. But can't
figure out where gas pump is.

Do you hear the gas pump running when you turn the ignition to ON?
