Several things id do try to start it in nwutral and also check ur fuses block for involved fuses..crank fuse, ign c fuse, ign a fuse

Everything you spoke of I have done. Replaced fuses and so forth and still nothing

Then id say its a faulty ignition switch.. this is a very simple starting system with no computer or networks involved

The starter relay feeds right thru the ignition switch on alot of designs and its often a wonder why the crank position circuit contacts of the ignition switch often fail while the others dont, when you turn the key to crank your energizing the starter relay which makes a magnetic fields and energizes the relay, when you release the key that voltage spike flys back through the ignition switch and jumps across the contacts... years and years starting ruin them
