I took them out and clean them I went through that step it seem like it have a lot of pressure on the motor

does oil have anything to do with anything cuz my oil is milky from water and coolant being in it do I need to change that it may be that will help

If your car has a water passage through the intake manifold there may be a coolant leak. Did you remove the intake manifold to install the new cam?

no I did not prime the oil pump and there was no coolant in the solenoid when I turned it over I didn't see anything shootout
