Bought the car used electrical in the dash seemed
pretty jacked up check lights and airbag lights on
the right side randomly come on while driving
lights dim when it is turned on. It randomly died at
a stop sign I got it to restart after several attempts
driving the check gauges light would kick on and
the coolant gauge would drop down when the light
kick back on it would go all the way up. It
continued doing this entire trip about 10 minutes. It
died at another stop sign got it restarted after
several attempts. When trying to pull it in my
driveway the brakes touch the floor and it didn't
stop but it didn't die either.

Sounds like you purchased a vehicle that needs a lot of attention. Get the car to a mechanic to get the brakes inspected and fixed. Then he can tackle the check engine light. Was this car in a flood? Hope you got it cheap, because it won't be to get it running safely and properly.
