My 1985 Oldsmobile Cutlass is leaking oil

I noticed underneath my car, after it has been idle, the engine is leaking oil. Also noticed
that when i'm driving, a slight greyish smoke appears from underneath the car. Could
those two things be related?

More than likely,the oil where it is leaking is hitting the exhaust and burning off it,giving you the smoke.
