I have a 2001 Chevy Venture that will not start ONLY when it's cold out. Battery and Alt have already been checked.

Just so we're clear, your car won't CRANK when it's cold, correct? If it cranks, but doesn't start, that's a different matter. If it doesn't crank, then get the battery checked again or replace it with one that has more cold cranking amps. Keep in mind when temps drop, the battery gets weaker. Oil also gets thicker, so a cold engine is harder to crank, especially for a weaker battery. You may want to check your oil's viscosity for winter driving. Lastly, if the car is cranking but not starting, you may have frozen fuel lines.
Yes it will not crank. When I turn the key it either clicks or does nothing. I thought my son had replaced the battery so we sorta ruled that out. BUT everywhere I look and everyone I have talked to are saying the same. Guess I need to start with a bttery check.. Thank you for responding.
