Cold start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Starts good but runs rough when you first start it
whether the weather is warm or cold. When it
warms up it runs better but not perfect. I just give it
a complete tune-up did not help . Art

You probably have a carburetor so I would check the choke for proper operation.
