what if the service engine light come on right when the right window went out ? could it be a bad battery in the back or front ,

the service engine light came on when the front window stop working , but the window can let down but wont  come back up

Coincidence. The window motor is bad. more power to lift than to let down. Take it to advance or autozone and have them see what the check engine light is and they will check it for free.

My engine light goes on when I get gas, if the cap isn't put on right. Take cap off and put back on a few times. Mine takes until the next day.

Yes you need to tighten it until it clicks 3 times.Don't take it off with engine running.That will set the light too.
