How do I remove the ECU that is located under the Dash?

you cant,it has to be done at a dealership.

Will ya 97 crown victory pcm fit in a 97mustang gt and does crown victory have the pats system on them

I have a 97 gt the pats system is activated and I don't have the key can I take a ecu out of a crown vic and disconnect the pats aytem will my mustang start after
